Hey,

I currently have an M-Audio Revolution 7.1 in which i connect the studio projects vtb-1..but i was thinkin of gettin a audio interface more geared towards recording..

Now i don't know what to go with

Either a PCI Sound Card, USB Audio Interface, or A Firewire Audio Interface

My Budget around around $125-$175

and i narrowed down my choices to these following options

PCI
M-Audio Audiophile 2496
or should i just chip in the extra 50 and get
M-Audio Audiophile 192

E-MU 1212M PCI

I have studio projects vtb-1 preamp that i hook up my microphone to..which goes into the line in on the m-audio revolution..if i buy one of the audiophiles or the E-MU..where and how would i connect it?

USB
Alesis IO2 USB Audio Interface

Firewire
Mackie Onyx Satellite FireWire Interface

these are just what i came up with..if you have better solutions for me..please help me out..oh if you also think i should stick with the revolution..then let me know..thanks!
