ATR 60 punch-in

Ok, so just because I have this awesome machine doesn't mean I know how to use it. Anyone want to give me detailed instructions on how to set punch points from the remote?

I'm not a very good player and I could sure use it.
 
Ok, maybe I should be a bit more specific.
I can figure out how to punch in manually but is there a way to set autopunch points?

Or do I have to do it with my toe.:(
 
Hey Jake,
If I were you, Id go to the Prosoundweb and ask Fletcher if he doesn't answer here soon. I don't have any experience with this machine but Im pretty darn sure there are lots of people who have in other places. Or ask Aaron, IM sure the remotes and transports are very similar to other R2R' in the ATR family.

I never punch anymore...I just keep doing it over until I get it the way I like it. The beauty of HR;) Plus, not punching in always helped me prepare for gigs.

Thanks Somm, I guess I will just ask the TASCAM forum guys. It's a novice question so I was kind of embarassed to but what the hell,I'm not learning this way.
