I have a chance to trade in my AT 4033 for a new 4050 with little additional cash. Pros vs cons of this transaction. Help please.
Depending on just how much "extra cash", I'd go for it. I've always found the 4033 to be a rather mediocre mic, while the 4050 is a real workhorse. You can use it for vocals, horns, banjo/fiddle/guitar/mando, piano, amps, various figure-8 applications, drum overhead, etc.jhag said:I have a chance to trade in my AT 4033 for a new 4050 with little additional cash. What most people mean by "versatility" is that it works very well for many different applications!
