at what point does a person lose "Newbie" status?

I hear Bush is trying to close this thread to fight inflation. Maybe we could let him borrow a few to help boost his numbers? Or we could just get Jeb to count his posts!

I've coming to this site for awhile and I believe I only have 30 something posts and you have 29 in probably less than a month. You'll probably be up to 1,000 by June and then you will be an expert.
 
Let's take a test to see how many licks it takes to lose "newbie" status.
 
I apologize to those who may be offended by my method of attaining Junior member status but after 17 months of coming to this site to obtain useful information on recording technique and equipment the "newbie" thing was getting a little irritating as will the "Junior member" status over the next 17 months. Yet I will continue to return here and find people who seem to be as obsessed with this recording thing as I am and feel comfortable about that. Thanks to those who have replied to my questions.
 
It would be too cool to be expert status. But, I would still be a complete novice to recording:rolleyes: Oh well, I think I need to pay more attention to what everyone else is saying instead of boosting my count. Here I've gone and put up yet another pointless post. People will look back on all my newbie posts and think, "what an idiot!". :(

Mojka, I think after more than a year you deserve to be at least a senior:) Post away:D
