get the one from newegg.com that has like 540 positive reviews. it's like 120 bucks, and i'm pretty sure it's the deluxe.

As far as I know, the differences are:

• Updated nForce chipset
• Better on-board audio
• RAID controller

I think you'd be fine with the "non-deluxe" version.

I´m planing to buy an ATI Radeon 9200SE 128Mb or a GeForce Fx 5200 128Mb, i use audiophile 2496. Thanks in advance

If you're buying an audiophile, then you don't need the extra audio connectors on the deluxe.
If you're not interested in the Raid controller, then you don't need the deluxe.
Neither of those boards appear to support SATA - if that's not an issue, then no worries
