ART pro Gold MPAII adat?

Hey guys.

Just a quick quistion. coul i use the adat in the ART MPA II to expand my 8 channal soundcard to 10 channals?

the digital MPA II supports toslink optical (adat), & AES/EBU, & S/PDIP digital output, as long as the audio card supports one of those formats for input (independently of analog input) then, yes you would expand potential inputs from 8 to ten

I have used my Digital MPA to expand my Presonus Firestudio to 10 tracks using the SPDIF out of the MPA into the Firestudio. Worked great. I can't speak of the optical out though.
