ART MPA Gold preamp VU meter bulbs???

I have a bulb burned out on the vu meters on my preamp. Does anyone know what bulb this takes and where I can get some?

There are no markings on the burned out bulb? It is a fuse type bulb.

I sent an email to ART asking about bulbs...They sent me two (2) bulbs free of charge.

Kudos to ART for their customer service!
