I have a chance to pick one up in new condition for $125.00. Anyone have any experience with these things? The digital out seems like it would work well going into my Digi 002.
 
I have an ART DPSII, $125 is a bargin, as I think that is half price. It seems a little thin compared to my VTB-1s. But some nice features like the varible input impedance, digital out, V3 stuff which yes is more of a gimick then a REAL feature, but it is still nice to have.

Thanx! I'm going to give it a try on some acoustic guitar stereo micing next week and see what results I get. I know it isn't going to compare to my Focusrite pres but the price seems right.
 
I have one. I bought it mainly to get another two inputs into my Firebox with the digital outs. It seems to work fine. I haven't tried every setting in every situation but so far it isn't difficult to get a decent sound from it.
