The neck may be an issue or not - that part would have to be sussed & the photos aren't clear on that. I'd ask for a photo of the damge and more info.
That era of rebadged MIJ produced some really good guitars. I know because I won a couple of semis from the time. If the electrics are still OK then you'll get a good, toppy, single coil sound that can be manipulated through effects quite well.
The parts are to be found on a wide range of rebadgings - Bruno, Audition, Woolworths, SnR etc. All considered cheap & nasty at the time BUT many have shone through over time.
The floating bridge is pretty good & I really like the old single spring wammy bar.
I have a pair of Brunos semi acoustics that have almost all the same parts with the exception of the p/ups & a diff body shape.
The 1st I bought in 78 for $70 and the most recent was in 07 for about $250 + postage.
I love em both - well worth having.
The only change I made to mine was the inclusion of a brass nut.
