Anyone use Project 5?

I did a search for this and got about a thousand hits for 'project'.

So I bought this a couple of weeks back, read the tutorial and worked through the examples, so I'm familiar with the general areas of the sceen. Taht's about it though.

What's flummoxing me is the workflow. I don't know where to start. It's so easy with GT Pro - plug in the mics, press record, arrange, edit, mix and it's done.

This has synths that....well how doeso ne drive these things? That PSyn looks like the spaceshuttle flight deck. I've got some cool sounds from Dimension, but I've no idea what I'm doing. Tried to DL the user guide from cakewalk.com, but it didn't work.

Has anyone ever used this thing? Got any tips? I'm lost in Project5 land.

There is an entire forum on CakewalkDOTcom dedicated just to Project 5. You should be able to find more help there than you can imagine. Most of the people who populate that forum are extremely helpful.

Oh yes, don't forget the online help in P5. Just press F1.
