This is what I've told my wife to do if anything should happen to me, contact a few of my close friends and then come here to HR to sell want ever she can for I know that the community here will help her.

If people could pick one item and look for it on sweetwater or ebay or anywhere else and try to give the New Price and the going used price, it'd save me a lot of time.

Also, if anybody wants any of this stuff, make an offer and I'll be happy to pass it on. I'm going to make this post in a few places.

Unfortunately, I suspect the AW2816 will have little actual sale value, despite being a fine machine. I think it's the same era as my 4416 and the lack of interfacing with modern PCs and devices tends to cruel it. Not to mention that newer machines are really cheap. I can't find any eBay listings... if you got $300 - $500 for it you'd be doing well, I suspect...

You know, I wonder about that, occasionally. A senior member of a motorcycle forum I used to frequent died, and his wife was able to post to the forum- but what happens to those who are single, or who's partner is not privy to our forum activity? Often, I would guess that when someone dies, they just "go away," as far as the other forumites know. Eventually, someone might ask "Hey, whatever happened to ____?" but nobody would know.
