Anyone know anything about Octamatic amps?

There's a trading post store (antiques, collectibles, miscellaneous kinda stuff), about 5 miles west of where I live, that has a guitar combo amp that says Octamatic on the front...don't know if that's a brand or model name. It was there, the last time I was there a few months back, but I didn't really pay as much attention to it, as I did today.

I'm asking the owner of the shop about what kind of amp it is, more to confirm what I was already thinking, when I saw a knob marked "tremelo speed," and he told me it's a Leslie-style amp, with a rotating speaker. Would this be something for me to consider, for future recording projects, IF I can manage to get ahold of it, in the next few months. Living in a depressed area, it's likely it'll be there, for a while.

He's also got two Sears Silvertone guitar amps that, IMO, could have some future recording project possibilities. One has a 10" speaker, and the other an 8" and is of the Amp-In-Case variety, complete with a Silvertone guitar (single lipstick tube pickup). Of course I'll be going over to google, to see if I can turn up any information, on the Octamatic amp, but I figured I'll ask here, first, on the offhand chance someone might have some first-hand knowledge/experience. :)
