Want to let me borrow a vocal mic for a week in march? I have a week project and i need a good vocal mic.

Would you mind letting him have your U47 and your C12 so he can do an A/B test?

The last U47 I owned was about 30 years ago, and I've never owned a C12. Actually, I wasn't all that crazy about the C12 back when they were new.

I don't think i'm worth that much to hold those mics. asumming they are expensive

Hey Harvey,

Did you say near Denton? I was just in Denton last weekend. My sister goes to TWU. Ha, Small world, man. It's a small world.

Even smaller- I live next to TWU! Maybe i know your sister =P heh jk

The studio is about 5 miles north and 5 miles west of Denton. There's a map on our website. Come on by when you're in the area.

I'm gonna be in dallas soon but I can't lend out any mics. I'm stayin' in Mckinney (?) on a ranch somwhere. Clients putting me up, don't know that place (mckinney) from a whole in the wall. What the hell is it? sounds awful. I haven't been in dallas in years. Last time I worked there I used to go to this bar called the "popsicle toes" to hear the Dallas Jazz Orchestra. I remember they had a dude named Gaylan Jeeter playing trumpet, some guy named "Izzy" that kicked ass on trombone, and a really good tenor player, forget his name. I wanted to record them, but It never worked out. Those guys kicked ass. I alsmost went to school at North Texas to study jazz. Ended up going somewhere else.

Mckinney is east of denton, and north of plano, which is north of dallas........so Mckinney is a great big nothing =D Most people goto dallas for fun heh

Harvey,

Are you serious about the visit? Next time I go down I would really love to check out the studio. Watch you guys track someone maybe? I promise I'd be a fly on the wall. :) Anyway, I would like to visit next time I'm down there if that comment was pointed my way.

Sure, it's to anybody in this area who want's to stop in and chat, or see our little place. You might wanna call first (940) 482-3422 to make sure things aren't too crazy that day. We're open usually 7 days a week, from about 10 in the morning to around midnight (and sometimes later).
