Hi, Marc!

wah guitars sounds very good, but (maybe for "hard" open pan, or even volume) are appearing much more than vocal, take a look.

Good job, altough I never heard the original too.

Those Shoes is my favorite Eagles tune of all time. Your version is very true to the original. The vocals are the only thing that could be better. The music kicks ass.

You're joking, right???

Like Ocnor says, the music is right on, almost perfect. The vocals are good but not as good as the music. But there's no shame in not singing as well as anyone in the Eagles. They're known for their vocals more than aything else. Good stuff.

I think Ringo and Paul played with them when they were called the "Beagles".

Awesome job..............Like the others said the vocals are the weakest link.

Thanks guys

Hey Ciro, I didnt quite understand your reply. Did you mean the guitars are panned too wide or the vocals are too low?

I'm pretty sure the guitars are panned hard left and right on the original and I dont really want to bring the vocals up.

Maybe I'll ask some singers in my area to redo the vocals.

Yea Rami I was joking.

Its just weird how everyone knows "The Long Run" and other big hits and no one I asked ever heard the coolest song on the whole album!

:)

I wouldn't mind taking a crack at the vocals. I'm sure there are some other guys around here that would also give it a go.

Thats cool if you want to give the vox a try ocnor.

What would be the easiest way to get the no vox track to you?

Nice playing - the mix suggestion is pretty right re vocals.
I have to day, however - & with some trepidation as I've been hit with neg rep for saying this on another section of HR - I really, truly don't like Eagles music pre or post Joe Walsh.
Technically brilliant, stylistically slick yet as soulless as the hotel they eulogize.

If the file is under 10MB you can just email it to me. I will send you a PM with my address. Or if you want to post it on soundclick I can download it from there.

The vocals are too low .I talk about guitars because are "single (solo) notes" , not only for pan. In this case, is common a "fight" with voice, and hard pan tends to increases it.

Hey, no problems with your voice ...
(and the guitars, very good too, as I said).

ocnor, email is being sent as I type

CIRO, I just noticed your from Brazil, lol. A little hard to understand. I'm gonna let ocnor give it a yank and turn up the vocals then.

Bones and notches to you, too.

I stole that from Fred Sanford. LOL

:) :)
