Analog Recording and Mixing (Divine Hammer - The Breeders)

Hey guys. It's been months since I last posted something here.

I recently gotten a TASCAM 414, fully functional thankfully, and I started learning how to record on tape, which is painful, but so fun.

I am still learning a bunch of stuff, but I decided to try an perform a version of Divine Hammer from The Breeders. The recording and mixing of this song is 100% analog, I didnt use any plugin, just the EQs on the TASCAM. My voice kinda saturated a bit, but hopefully not too much.

Wonder if you guys would like it, and just trying to come back on posting things here. Any feedback will be appreciated.

Divine Hammer - The Breeders

Sounds like a Demo version - the Breeders version has a lot more power in the Guitars - and the vocals have that Breeder thing about them.
Still you done a reasonably good job of capturing the song - just got to fill it in and smooth it out.

so how did you make it digital? or to bring it into a daw?

analog is the way. digital sounds like nothing...unless you sample on to of it.

i ve wasted 2 years now digital interfacing. If you play rock n roll..analog on tape makes the sound. then all you need is a microphone.

i try too. my cel videos have bad quality.

...wait i dont care anymore..Im screaming till the end fuck it..
