Anyone have the AT4050

Any 4050 users how do you like the mic. I have an opportunity to get one used for $300 just curious if you are satisfied.........I wish I was able to try it on my own vocals first.........But any comments will be helpful!

I have a 4050 and a bunch other mics so the 4050 only gets used for special stuff...

Used to have two, now I have one. Wish I still had two. Figure 8 is my favorite setting. Omni is a bit bright for my taste for close miking but you may like that. Cardioid is good too. Generally a pretty transparent sound for an LDC, side address style mike, and a good buy at its typical price if you like that sort of sound. For $300, I would go for it. In fact, I may get another one again, some day.
