I have about $900 to invest on some monitors, what do you think about the Genelecs 1029?
Anyone every tried mixing and mastering on monitors like these ?

While in Cincinatti 4 years ago In a hotel Parking lot My cousin bought 2 sets of those crappy things, I was lucky I didnt fall for it myself, (I didnt have any cash).

The kit cabinets may or may not be as well made as the Nova’s. If not, just give your local cabinetmaker a couple hundred dollars to beef the hell out of them, and you’ll still be thousands of dollars ahead.
