Anyone currently using the BR-20??

I am seriously considering adding a 1/4 machine to my current set up and was wondering if any one is currently using this reel to reel ?? If so are there any problems with the machine that occur "often". In other words ...how reliable is it and would you recommend it?? Thanks in advance!
