Yeah,they are a little steep,but just too cool to pass up.
These would be perfect for recording studios at the front door.But I think this would look really cool on the wall between my monitors.

are you sure that's a Hi Bias cassett mat? -otherwise you would not get a very good "room mix"
It's actually pretty cool- pricey but it would make a neat wall hanging
