Anybody ever modified the trim pots on the neo?

Just wondering if any 2488 NEO owners besides myself have noticed how "playtoyish" the trim(gain) pots are on the NEO? and of course I am looking for a remedy....anyone???

Seriously my fellow 2488 friends,I know more than just lil ole me has noticed this on there 2488 are at least the NEO??? Great recorder but Its just un-acceptable for it to have such fragile gain,(trim pots) on such a wonderful machine

My Neo has terribly fragile feeling trim pots and I am always careful with them. I expect one serious knock and away they will come.

If either of you want to sell those fragile, "toylike quality" NEO's, I'll give you $200 to take it off your hands and I'll pay for reasonable shipping costs. If you wait until the knobs fall apart it will be worth nothing. Grab the chance to unload it while I'm in a good mood.

You are so funny grand paw hahaha but I am really looking to better the situation by reinforcing them somehow.....but really in truelly I like everything else about the NEO !!!
