any users of matrox P640 (or 450) AGP graphics cards here ?

I brought this card from newegg and it has dual head capabilities. However one of the outputs is not working. Could it be some sort of setting issue ? Do I need to use any utility to enable dual monitors ? I wanted to check with you guys before I RMA this card.
 
You need to enable the second port from within windows. Right click on desktop >> Properties >> Settings >> Advanced >> Dual Head
