1st off ..I think I hear a bit of "recording" noise...have you worked out all of the noise bugs in your DAW?
2nd I found the whole sound of it all rather dark, lacking in highs and definition. The acoustic strumming sounded more like a percussive instrument rather than a chordal instrument. All I could hear was the attack of the strum. I would brighten up the acoustic piano..ala..Bruce Hornsby...good parts and nice string parts too. I miss a bass..The song is ho-hum, rather new ageish.
The mix needs work man. The panned cymbals near the end sounded real fake, but I liked the idea of it.

Hey I listened to all 3 of your songs. Like Firesole said, the mix needs work on the first 2. I'm not sure what it is, sounds like some huge frequency cuts in the mid range, but I can't tell you which ones. There is a lack of crispness and clarity overall, and no punch to the sound. Is there too much reverb? That can muddy up the sound in a hurry. What kind of gear are you using?

There are some interesting musical ideas, but the recording/ mix needs help.
 
ya whenever the vocals/talking comes on there is a bassy-rumbling noise. The trumpet sounds very soundblastery fake as well. The drums are done well but could use some tinkering in the mix. I may be wrong but it seems like some quality may have been lost to mp3?
 
My biggest quall with "sandimas" is the drum recording. I really think you'd be better off with samples or loops. It just sounds like it was recorded on a really poor quality kit with one radioshack mic. One thing that would significantly improve the sound of the kit overall is making some improvements/replacing the snare. If you can, get some new skins and give it a good (tighter) tuning.
 
Got the chance to mix down the tune again today.

Tweaked with the drums a bit, brought out the kick a bit more, killed some of the ambience at the end of the track. I also added a bass line to the entire thing to beef the low end a bit more, and leveled a few other things.
