Ear ripper is right. That shit was terrible.
Hope this is a compliment? If the music is not to yer taste, I'm cool with that, just seein if the mix sounds ok
Anyways thanks

I think the guitar playing is solid. I think the guitar sound is a bit cold sounding. It has the trademark amp modeler sound. The lead guitar is pretty harsh sounding.
For, rhythm guitars, I've been using Guitar Rig 3 for the most part. It really depends on the type of guitar part it is. I just can't get a good palm mute sound tracked with the SM58 I've been using. At least not one I'm happy with. Have been able to get a close match with my amp thru Guitar rig, so I use that when doin a palm mute heavy track. I guess I'll have to wait till I can afford a better mic. I didn't actually use any reverb on the guitars, just layered them. Used a slight delay between tracks to eliminate some phasing, so that might be what your hearin. I'm not actually a big fan of bone dry guitars in metal. There's something about it that annoys me. I'm more of an in your face wall of guitars type of guyGuitars have a lot of reverb on them. That kind of makes for a dated sound. That might be what you want. But if not, you'd probably want to back off the verb.
Wow... The guitars during the slow parts sound horribly hollow... Uhhh.. Yeah... Don't like the slow parts at all because of that.
Nice grit in the vocals on all parts. No nits there.
I'm sorry, but half-way through the song, the drums are killing the vibe of this song, and have been the whole way. They're ...... bad. Both the playing (programming) and the sounds. The snare sounds like something that should be used in a Karen Carpenter song. I want to feel like the snare is smashing me in the face with a spiked baseball bat. Instead, it sounds like a nice fluffy magic wand lightly tapping me on the shoulder. Kick is .... AWOL? Yeah.. Gotta work on those drums. I'd get rid of all drums and start from scratch, using your favorite metal as a reference.
