Although I haven't used either, the V67G gets far better reviews. As always, try before you buy, if at all possible.

hey scrubby i just listen to your song at nowhere, nice acoustic and vocal?
can i ask if what mic you use for your guitar and vocal?

for vocals...

...if vocals are the goal, V67G (or Joe Meek JM47, SE 2200A...all use the same basic capsule/circuit design) would be the better choice...you can't lose on that mic for the price!...my $.02...

Thanks for listening. Here's the gear:

"I don't want to know"
Acoustic guitars: pair of MXL 603s through M-Audio DMP3 preamp
Lead Vox: Nady SCM900 through Studio Projects VTB-1 preamp (I give the preamp all the credit here, as this mic has never sounded good through any other pre I've tried)
Background Vox: 603s through DMP3

"Better"
Acoustic guitars: pair of MXL 603s through M-Audio DMP3
Lead Vox: Rode NT-1 through Studio Projects VTB-1 (this has been my main vocal mic for years. many think it is too harsh, but it seems to work o.k. for my voice)
Background Vox: MXL 990 through VTB-1 (this mic has the same 20mm capsule as the 603s. it seems to do well on layered parts)
