holy crap. ive been recording with apod for 2 years. i just dled the demo of amplitube, and it smokes the pod! it sounds really good. anyone else have any expeeriences with amplitube?
Eh, I used it for awhile. Guitar Rig 2 produces much better crunch/high gain sounds, but Amplitube's clean sounds are pretty good. Amplitube 2 is a huge improvement over the first version.
i agree with tim. ive tried both, guitar rig is better at some things and amplitube is better at others. anything more than a little blues crunch, i go to guitar rig. but for cleans and stuff, i go to amplitube. try using ampltiube for its pedals infront of guitar rig for its amps!
guitar rig is a lot more versatile in terms of ordering of chain and speaker combos. ALOT more versatile...
