I have a pair of passive Tannoy PBM 6.5 and I'm looking for an amp for it. What are my options when it comes to this? Any suggestions? I'm not seeing to many choices for 100watt per channel. thanks.

You can never go wrong with a Hafler P3000. A bit spendy, but a great amp!

I'm running old Tannoy SBMs and I am using a Hafler P3000. It rawks.
I think the P3000 may have been discontinued (?), as I have seen them real cheap a few months ago.... like closeout prices.

All Hafler amps are discontinued...Hafler is no longer. Still great stuff if you can find them. I have a TA1600 which was got for $150 - it's only about 60 watts (8 ohms), but powers my Tannoy Reveals just fine for my needs.

Wow. I guess I haven't done a check on Hafler for a while now! I had no idea they discontinued their product line. How sad!

I have had my P3000 for just a few months shy of 8 years now, and it has performed PERFECT in that time. It has been on almost 24/7 the whole time I have owned it!
