I posted this a few months ago. But I just re-tracked the drums and vocals. I didn't like my drum sound after not listening for a while and hearing it again. Same with my voice. I think I had just gotten over a cold the first time around, and when I re-heard it yesterday, I noticed that my voice still sounded a little stuffed up (maybe my imagination, but I had to re-do it).

So, now I just need to know if the levels are OK.

I still have your other version on my MP3 player. This new version seems to be better. Drums seem tighter. All the levels seem fine to me. Still one of the coolest covers ever done in here. Great song. :D

Thanx Ido. If there's more low end growl on the vocals, that has to be the performance because I didn't change the EQ or anything from the original track. Just deleted the old vocal track and dropped this one in. I'm sure my voice is a lot stronger on this take. Thanx a lot.

Well, yeah.

Hahahaha all I can say is the bass is lacking some low end.
 
It's a great cover. I'm glad to hear somebody studying and doing Jerry Reed's music. Thanks for that. I enjoyed it. By the way, I couldn't tell the laughing between lines wasn't Jerry.
 
I honestly wouldn't know how you could make this any better, sounds perfect to me. Wrap it up!

Thanx a lot, Wretch. I've loved this tune since I was a kid, and got into Jerry Reed because of it. I think he's great.

Fun tune. That was great. No real nits. I fun listening to it.

Edit ... check that. I think the kick might be too loud. Give it a listen and see if you agree.

Man...great recording Rami!
Everything is clear as a bell. Fantastic bass guitar and drum sound. Great arrangement to by the way. I wish my recording had this level of quality.

I did and I don't.....Hehe...just kidding. I haven't listened to it in a few days. I'll listen to it fresh in a couple of days and it will probably hit me right away whether anything's too loud or not. Thanx man.

Cool man. Thanx a lot. It was a fun tune to do, from the drums to the vocals and everything in between, especially learning the main guitar riff.
