AMD Phenoms?

So, what's the verdict on these? I'm thinking about grabbing a mobo and a 9500. Would be around $300. 95W seems really good as far as consumption for a quad core, but I'm wondering what the heat output on these is like...
Also, anyone know of dual AM2+ motherboards?

wait a few months for the improved stepping 9x50. the errata problem (and subsequent bios fix/ slowdown) will be corrected. black editions will have unlocked multis, if you are interested in overclocking.

Wouldn't you prefer something without all the problems, and performed better like a core 2 e6600?
