You still a baby at 20. That's why young dudes get jerked on their first contract and end up being one hit wonders. They think they are grown, but the 30-50 year old record company execs passing that pen and paper know what time it really is.

But you know what?

That's OK, cause when you 20 you don't need what you need when you are 35 and got kids in private school and a $500k mortgage to pay.

Live your life, Hit the clubs, Write everything you feel, and try to get that deal.

My baby brother is in high school (Pop's seed was prolific) and he is nice on the Mic plus he can play keyboard, guitar and drums.

I'll be there to have his contract read by an entertainment lawyer when his time comes. Won't jerk my family twice in one lifetime.

real talk 4 real man...... thats why i aint goin at a deal real hard right now.... im lookin to build on my own cause i aint for no ass deals lol..... cant do it..... i kno it aint realistic for me to get a master p deal or nothin but i want somethin close.......

haha ayo i been gettin neg rep prolly because they madd that i get erections when i dont want to and they dont get them when they want to..lol

on the other note...nah i totally agree with him that i did go through as phase but it wasnt a music phase it was a finding myself phase..i still throw up my crew and shit i dont care its w/e...like i knew about hip hop and rap when i was younger but never got into it until like a few years ago and i started listen to the real cats..talib, mos, phoaroh, little bro, slumvilla, eyedea and etc..

but i know i read my old verses cuzz i keep them on a hard drive and i was damn i was pretty clever with my ideas but my form and flow were kinda off and i look at myshit now and my cleverness is up to par AND my flow and form is right up there and i just need to elevate everything more....

but anyone have rapper withdrawls or writers block ?? i seem to get that sometimes and have a hard time over coming it...its usually a line or word that gets me stuck...

and as far as writters block when i get it i normally try to just leave and come back to it latta if find when i try to force myself thru it what i come up wit is normally wack so i try not to force music lyrically or production wise....... lucky me i haven't gotten writters block in a minute "knock on wood"

I think LL is 38, remember he dropped his first LP at 18, so he's been in the game FOREVER, but he's not ancient yet. ;)
