Just check out the songs, the first one I believe is finished. The second one still needs lots of work.

Which songs would those be? Better to make seperate posts for each song you want feedback on. You are more likely to get a response that way.

Oh, and a link might help.

ROCKIN' ESPANIOLA !!!

I like the 'zither' or 'autoharp' instrument in the beginning, if that is a guitar, I like the effect there.

For the electric guitar riff in the beginning ... breath ... with the beat, make the guitar tight to the beat in the intro ... breath, bend the knees with the beat, be gentle ... namaste ...

The guitar is a little 'loose' in the beginning ... relax, let it flow in that 'present moment' .

When the vocal comes at 0:35, the mix is very good. The vocal is 'on top' of the mix, it is 'hot' and that is very good, I can understand all the lyrics very well on the 'first listening' and that is very good.

This is a good lead singer, and when the backup vocals come in, make much more of these backup vocals, very important to have the harmony vocals, like at 1:35 to be very upfront when they come in.

Don't cheat us out of the good harmony and backup vocals, they are much, much more important than most think. Las chicas ... they love the harmony backups of the boys you know ...

At 2:47, the lyrics are getting lost a bit in the instruments ... DON'T bring the vocal up here ... bring the instrument levels DOWN, and that creates a feeling of dymics in the piece.

The drums are a little to loud, (solo unpoco), por favor 1db less on the drums, gracias.

A nice piece of music, rocks good, batooooooooo !

TU KARMA

Bass guitar has some flat notes... actually the "tonic" (i.e. the "I" tone) is noticably flat... very grating. Almost a half tone flat..

Nice progression! Ya don't normally hear this style of music, with spanish lyrics... It does sound like Alt-rock...

The upper-mids have been accentuated in your mix, whether boosted... or the stuff below/above the 1000-3000 Hz band has been cut back.

The kick drum beater is nice and clear, but may be boosted too much in the quieter parts... it sounds unnatural by itself

Snare drum sounds good.

Retrack the bass guitar (if possible) and go easier on those mid-EQ boosts.

This is a cool song... good energy.

Hey thanks for the comments. I will try to retrack the bass and guitar, but I also was thinking if there is any way to remove a little "click" heard with the bass drum.
