All in one?

Can anyone help?
I've got a reasonable computer and a crap soundcard, and I want to record 1 or at most 2 tracks at a time on my own. I'm running Cubasis vst V5.
I think I need a keyboard controller, audio/midi interface, better soundcard/ preamp.
Can I get a single unit to do all this?

it's a midi keyboard that is usb to the computer. It has 1 XLR input and 1 instrument input so that you can plug directly into the keyboard. Keep in mind, I have never used this product, so I don't know how well it works.
