Hello All,
I have been out of the recording seen for a while (actually I haven't, I just haven't kept up on the latest and greatest devices and such in mags etc.) what I really need and am ready to purchase is a Digital Audio Workstation controller.
Basically I need it to have at least eight inputs including 1 or 2 powered XLR's for mics and a L/R out so that I can go directly into my M-audio soundcard. My major concern is being able to record these lines, and then control the audio software with with the dials and knobs on my controller.
I have been looking all over the place for something like this, but maybe I am looking in the wrong direction and being out of the game for so long, I am intimidated by all the things that are out there.
Does anyone know if there is such a device?
