nah. im not dissin nas.
here's the thing: i was at this club for indie hip hop. they only had 1 mic. there were groups of 2, 3, 4, and even as many as 20 . . . wtf!!!
is it worth gittin on stage when u gotta share mics? what do yall think?
i ask becuase ive done this shit in tne past and was never happy, satisfied, comfortable with how it turned out. so, i stopped doin it. tonight i went ahead and went against waht has been a long standing rule and sure enough - SHEER DISSAPOINTMENT. for me, sharing mics is some bullshit.
is this just me being too picky ? aferall, who the fuck am i? or is this something other people (u guys) would be leary of as well?
(and it certainly didnt help that the mic was so cheezy - u couldnt hear anyone's actual vocals as they performed - unless instead of using an instrumental cd - they used the cd wit the vocals on the track - n they just "lipsynched: . . .
feedback please!
