At GC (Fountain Valley, CA) we just got a shipment of MasterLinks and NanoCompressors.

Alesis is QCing the HD24 as we speak. I have been told that they are "starting to trickle out"....

Great news about the HD24. They really have to move those now before they lose too much of a market share. I cheaped out and bought one of the Roland VSR 880s ($500). I do most of my recording on the computer, but my "studio" is in the den and the PC's very noisy. I just wanted the hard disc recorder to capture vocals and acoustic guitar without the PS Fan howling in the backround. I'm impressed with the features, but definetly not the user interface, (reminds me of an old TI Business calculator I once owned), but it comes bundled with VS Logic (a stripped down version of Logic with MMC and MTC control of the 880). Now I've got to figure out how to move all of the built in compatabilty features over to a full version of Logic 4.6... I'll be hitting another BBS for that answer.
