Alesis Multimix 16 USB - do the firmware update

I bought an Alesis Multimix 16 USB mixer and installed it's drivers. It automatically changed my Sonar 6 to use the Alesis as the input/output. It set itself up in the Audio option as the main driver.

When I first hooked up the mixer, I only had I/O for two channels. I had to update the firmware from Alesis.com in order to access all 16 channels. Everthing worked well and I transferred several songs from my ADAT to the computer 8 tracks at a time.

So do the frimware update if you run into the same problem.....
 
Big problem

Hi i just purcased a multimix 16 usb 2.0 and i update the firmware to v1.10, i dont know if this is the problem but my HDPH / CTRL RM routing butons have no efect everything else work just perfect i dont know if this is a software problem or a hardware problem on my mixer, please help me if you can.
