AKG C214, AT4040 or SP CS5?

Hey everyone,

I am about to buy a new condenser mic mainly for recording vocals and I am hesitating between three models: the AKG c214, AT4040 and the CS5 by studio projects (this one is has multi patterns). They are all in my price range and seems to fit the application I want them to do.
Could you help me choose please?

Buy one and try it. If you don't like it, return it and try another. Most stores - online or otherwise - have great return/exchange policies. I own the 4040 and like it best for female vocals and electric guitar.
