AIF/AIFF converter?

Any free software out there that saves music files to these formats? I haven't searched yet. Does Reaper have the ability?

I can't think of anything that doesn't save to AIF.

I don't know what version of Audacity I have but it does not offer the AIF option - OGG or MP3 or WAV only.

I have audacity 1.3.12 (the newest one)
...checked just out - Reaper also offers AIF

What platform are we on here? And why not just save to another format and convert later?
