Affordable Compressor?????????

for your price range, that is THE compressor to have...you dont even have to wait for more suggestions.....

unless you really wanna go cheapskate....the Behringer Autocom is $69 for 2 channels and works great as a limiter and decent as a compressor....really depends on what you are gonna use it for though.....

You might seriously want to check out the Behringer Composer Pro MDX2200. It is 2-channel (XLR or 1/4" on each channel), which can be run in stereo, or as two separate channels. Each channel has a side-chain, expander, compression, and limiter. Quite nice, really.

Its still better to get the RNC for twice the price, Id reccomend the Behringer Multicom for drums, and such because of the option of having compresion on a whole drumset of mics is more affordable. But for Vocals and accoustic instruments the RNC should be the only choice here.
