Adobe Audition 3.0 - FX rack won't open

I don't get it. It shows that the setting is turned on but it won't allow me to open it to adjust anything. I don't get it. Uninstalled and reinstalled too. Searched Google for answers and I don't find anything. I'm using Cubase now but wanted to do final editing on there.

Please help me out.

i also experience the same thing before and i cannot find answers anywhere. what i did to solve this problem is uninstall adobe audition and then reinstall it again. after computer restart, it is now ok. i find this a hard solution , but this is only one i tested to work.

luckily it works ,if not i may contact adobe support.
