adobe audition 2.0

does anyone know how to set it to 24-bit in adobe audition. i read the help file but i dont see where it says anything about that. when i got to new project the only thing that comes up is sample rate and not the bit rate. after i choose the sample rate which is (96000) on the bottom of the project it says 96000 32-bit float.

32 bit is fine, I haven't seen any options for 24-bit in Audition. That said, I retured my copy of 2.0, 2 weeks after it I bought it. I found it to be a resource hog and they ruined a lot of the features that turned me on to Audition in the first place.

Agreed, that's why I'm sticking with 1.5.
