adding art to kick drum

does anyone know the proper way to go about adding art to the head of a kick drum... like is there a special paint or anything or how should we go about doing it for cheap without affecting too much sound (the drummer likes the drum to be muted anyway), but we want this to look classy.
 
The best way to do it is to get a company who specialises in vynal stick on graphics usually for vans and stuff cos the stuff they use will stick to a drum head like sh*t to a blanket and they can cut it into any design you like within reason and they wont charge you a bomb to do it.

Also you can get the vynal in a massive range of colours and textures and with it being a thin sheet it will hardly affect the sound of your drum especiall with it being on the front (reso) head.
