Haha, yea they havent recorded bass yet. The part you hear is apparently just a scratch track from an electric.
Its still being recorded slowly... whenever the band has time to get together.
 
Anyone else get a chance to listen?

Recommendations (as far as mix/arrangement)?

yeah..listened to both ..on first hearing..

the acoustic is great....vocals are a tad too loud and it needs something extra ...but when the lead comes in a good balance. essentially a good recording though a little long.

the demo version...well yeah for me i thought the drummer was putting way too much in and catching himself out in the process...bass also to a lesser extent ..should have kept the whole thing ska and simple ..both verse and chorus ...and the ledzep begining is completely out of wack with everything.

The song is obviously ok from the acoustic version....so it must be the arrangment.

and "gee what could it possibly be" might work better with the word "really" instead of "possibly"... it sounds a bit crammed in both versions :)

I will forward the music-related feedback to the band, in addition to taking your comments in mind when (and if) I do another mix of the acoustic version.
