acoustic and vocal template

does anybody have any templates or files that have good presets for an acoustic and vocal setup of some kinda. I'm looking for some good eq settings for my guitar mics, and vocals too. Anybody who could help would be awesome. Thanks.

No such thing. Every vocal will sound different. Every guitar will sound different. A setting that works for one may have nothing to do with the next.

good point, I guess I was just looking for something to get me in the ballpark, but I spose with all the variables I'd just have to tweak for myself.

You should be in a very comfy seat inside the ballpark with a hot dog and a Coke in hand before even thinking about further processing of the core sound anyway.

Start by getting a decent level at the mic preamp (around 0dBVU -- NOT around -0dBFS) and go from there. Move the mic before EQ'ing the mic. Change the strings before changing the preamp. Those kinds of things.
