Acidizing wav, any batch way to do it?

I got some simple, but useable drum "loops" with a computer music magazine cd. They are sorted in directories according to speed, like 95 bpm. Unfortunately they are not acidized, so I will have to do this myself, if I want to hear them played at the correct time in Sonar 2.

I can acidize them one by one, but is there any simple way to tell a program: all these are 88 bpm, please acidize all the waves accordingly?
