I use Acid on a PC at work, just creatin' stuff on the fly for background loops while I do mundane work-related tasks. I'll be getting a Power Mac for home recording soon w/a MOTU interface and DP and Logic Platinum. Is Acid a Windows-only product? It's kinda fun, and I'm sure I can do plenty of shnit with the other, more powerful programs, but I had to ask the question.

Thanks

There's a new ACID-like product for Mac by Ableton software, called Live or something like that...

There is another one too. Can't think of the name of it. It's a bit older - probably came out soon after ACID. Not as intuitive and kind of ugly, but it seemed to accomplish the same mission.

Thanks for your replies, my suspicions have been confirmed!

Ahhh! The one I was talking about was called Phrazer and was made by Bitheadz. I had an old demo of it - they have probably improved it quite a bit since then.
