You mentioned that tou liked the look of an axe, but you never played it yet....One piece of advice I can give and I think it's important. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE A POTENTIAL AXE PURCHASER CAN MAKE, WHETHER IT'S ACOUSTIC OR ELECTRIC IS.......BUYING A GUITAR BECAUSE OF THE WAY IT LOOKS..........LET ME REPEAT......NEVER BUY A GUITAR BASED ON LOOKS.........For example, I have managed to play two Les Pauls that had the serial numbers only a few numbers apart.......both looked great.......and both came out of the factory just hours apart.......one played great, the other played like a Japanese copy of a Les Paul....and I don;t know why, but my point is, the guitar is a "feel" instrument....Same thing with women, some of the best looking ones, with the shiniest hair, the brightest eyes, the most curves, the most luscious lips....are the ones that are the toughest to play.......and try to mention "oral" and they're running out the door. Don't judge a book by it's cover doesn't even come close to what it really means when dealing with "good looking guitars". Do yourself a favour and buy a guitar that feels right.........you deserve it!
Thanks, Super.
