About what happinded before!

First of all i just read the whole thread i posted before. Whatever i say you probally wont believe but its true. Ok, what happinded is i trusted this guy who had tons of equipment. When i got pro tools user money and the other guy i sent it to him. For about 2 weeks he kept telling me he never got it. And then he stop responded and apparently took of. So then i knew i was ripped even with all the ref's he had and people i know who dealt with him. And to the people that where like i bet the police scared the shit out of him. I have done plenty of shit in my life already and a cop isnt going to scare me. I dident get convicted our even arrested. Im just writing this thread to let you know it wasent meant to become a scam. If i was trying to scam somebody i woudent use my real name real phone number real address and tell people exactly where i lived. And i woulda never got paypal vertified. Im just sorry it happinded and happinded to good people. I have also dont plenty of selling and buying on ebay with all positive feedback and over the net and never one problem until this happinded.

what up with this crap?dude i cant believe you even responded...trying to save face?only reason you didnt get arrested was cause mommy paid to save you ass....what was you trying to buy stuff and sell before you had the crap?
if this is a apoligy...not a very good one...the fact that you state police dont scare you ...saids you just trying to lie you way out of this...if you would have been up front in the first place might have saved you a little trouble ..fact is you took money for crap you didnt have ...whether or not you where buying to make a profit ..that pretty stupid on your part to sell something that you dont have with you.. :confused:

If you keep posting here, you are obviously going to get a lot of abuse for quite awhile. You caused some people a lot of trouble. If you do intend to keep posting, my advice is to not make any more excuses or explanations, just shut up and take your lumps like a man. In a couple years, people won't think "scammer boy" when they see your name. If you just dropped by to say sorry, well, thanks and seeya. I wasn't part of this, but came very close.

Thanks and seeya will probably be the case, as I would bet money you not being banned was an oversight which will soon be corrected.

Actually that story sounds semi-plausible to me. Methinks Mr. Klein has learned a lesson about quality of his associates :eek: Or not, with respect to his remark about his other criminal activity :rolleyes:

As one of those who got tied up in your mess, I don't think much of this attempt at an explanation or an apology.
First of all, Chris..Maybe the police don't scare you , but the only reason you didn't get arrested, is that your mother paid you out of trouble. She reimbursed, that I personally I know of, over $1000 that you had received for stuff you never came across with. I'm not sure of how many others that you got money from. There were 2 of us that were dealing directly with officer Steve Derusha with the Michigan State Police at the Newberry post & if your mother hadn't taken responsibilty for your mess, you would have been arrested.
All of your responses to my emails, can be only described as incoherent & made absolutely no sense & only confirmed the fact that you seem to be trying to cover lies with more lies. You gave an email address for the other person that didn't exist, you would not give us a name, you would not give the name of the business or a location. If it wasn't a scam, you should have been anxious to give us that info, so we could make contact, deal directly with them & get us off your back. Now, that would have made sense. You never even offered any kind of apology, just wild excuses.
I still have all the correspondence with you & you were in no way cooperative, as a matter of fact, your last email displayed the stupid arrogance that this post does. In your last email, you said to go ahead & call the police, that you didn't care....so I did. Again, let me state...the only reason you were not arrested...is your mother!
So...the only thing good & honest about this deal, was your mother. She was nice & done exactly what she said she would. She displayed what you should have..an complete open, up front honesty. She is the only thing that kept you out of jail. You should be extremely thankful you have her for a mother. She is a very nice woman.
If anyone here has sympathy for you, it is definitely mis-placed. If you get a lot of grief here, it is only because you brought it on yourself by your actions.
If you were on the level, maybe you should have first tried a personal apology to those who you caused so much trouble for, instead of coming on here trying to smooth the way for yourself. To me this post only confirms, that you don't seemed to have learned anything & more than likely, you haven't changed your ways.

You're obvoiusly a BAD ASS MOFO. A trip to the jailhouse would do you some good.
If it wasn't for your Mother you would probably have learned a lesson. Instead of allowing you to become educated, she bailed you out at her expense. She undoubtedly feels a great heartache that her son is a dishonest person.( nice job there ) I hope for her sake this isn't how you normally behave. She should let you face the consequences of your actions the next time around.
Instead of telling stories, be a man and admit what you did. Then ask for forgiveness. That's the first step to redemption. Until then you don't deserve to be forgiven.

haha, all good dont bother me and stratosaurus i dont know if you got the pm our i sent it to the wrong person but i did send you a pm that explain what happined and said i was sorry. And ya my mom did pay me to stay out of jail but it's not like im some rich kid trying to hustle people she got her money back and all that. It was just a stupid mistake on my part and i was just explainin abit of what had happined.

ok, first of all what i said is what happined if you want to see all the conversations i had with the guy i dealt with it will show you exactly what i did. And a trip to the jailhouse isnt going to scare me i have been there a few times. I live on my own now and all that im not some punk kid. I have paid my debts. And when i responded to the people i delt with i admit i was a asshole. i was stress out because the guy i was dealing with screw me over. If you know me in real life i am accually the most honest and most mature person you will meet for my age. I am not trying to justify what i did just trying to explain it.

I remember this deal... you little shit... you need to realize what you have. and understand that its not cool to take it away from other people. we followed all the updates on this story, we know your mother paid your way out, not saying there is anything you can do to change this here, but these group of guys are really cool, really helpful and really dont need someone like you scamming them, this is one of the first real communitys I have found on the net that does not have people like you, so learn what you have learned, and dont do it again. thats a decision you have to come to. on your own. but if this is any preview of what your like . I'm afraid your not worth the time to took me to type this.

I know the people here are really cool, my intent wasent to SCAM people. Like i said im alot smarter then giving all people all my real information to come find me. If i wanted to scam people i would've had them send the money to a diffrent address and all that.

If it were me and I got your address; the police would have been involved on an entirely different level...

Whether you know it or not you blew the trust factor in here for yourself and all the good folks that came here after you trying to sell stuff.

You obviously haven't ever done any time. If so, the "apology" that you are bringing here would certainly earn you the name punk. Nobody here cares how or why it happened. The fact is it DID happen. I can only hope that if my kid were in the same predicament I could have the strength to not enable him and allow him to do his time. You see, I would not care at all if the other person ripped you off. If I gave you the money, than YOU are the one I would be dealing with. That means that YOU will get the good reputation if all went well, and YOU would receive the consequence if it didn't.

Important lesson in life here.....Don't write checks your ass can't cash. It's really too bad too. Based on your comments here it is extremely evident that your mom is the real victim here by enabling you to do this without recourse. Someday when she is not you will finally have to do your time. You just better hope that I am not there too.

I don't know how old you are. I don't know your background or your situation or anything about you. It's really not that important. The problem is that because of situations like the one you were involved with other people have to pay for it. The cost is either lost money or lost trust among a community of people like this. It's great that you say you payed your mother back. I hope you did that would be a good place to start.
I for one hope you get it all turned around and don't spend anymore time in the Hotel Montegringo. I'm just not sure you understand the impact that this caused. Don't expect a lot of sympathy but if you get any consider it a gift.
