Hey Guys,

Yep. New here, but I'm wondering if someone could lend an ear to figure out what effects I had used a year ago when recording this.

I'm working with some new people on an album and they want to use this, but revamp it. They love the whale sound in the background, and i know I used some sort of Flanger/Delay/Reverb run through my guitar using a slide and a Boss Me-50 with some ableton audio effects dropped on top, but for the life of me I can't remember what I used.

I do remember I didn't use a volume knob or pedal to create the slow attack effect. Any help is appreciated, and you can laugh at the shoddy recording quality. That's why we're re-recording it.

I guess you don't have the proj file? Even w/o the audio the setup' would be there.

Yeah, no project file. I had backed everything up on a separate hard-drive, and that's gone. I found a crap load of songs in my dropbox that I had shared with the others a long time ago, but they're all just audio. I've figured out everything except that dumb whale sound in the background. Been trying to emulate it for a week now, and even went so far as downloading some whale sounds, but nothing sounds exactly right.
