AA vs. Cubase Essentials

I've been using CEP 2.1a for years. Have been running WinME, SO I haven'
I haven't been able to move on to any version of Audition.

Going to get a new compute--PC--and trying to decide what software to buy.

Anyone have comments on using Cubase Essentials (4) vs. AA 3?

It will be much easer for you to get know AA 3,0 but if you are big midi user recommend Cubase!
