I would just like to say that I have only been here on this forum for a short time, about 2 weeks. I came in a newbie to recording, and I still am....
But the help I have been given in the short time I was tugging at your collective sleeves has been a GODSEND! Manning, I don't care what the others think of you, and they should keep their opinions under the carpet, your help has been the most valued, and timely. I have been a professional musician, a student, and a music lover most of my life. I ventured into the recording thing when my grandmother died, as a way to put something on a medium to share with my family at her funeral. It was crappy quality and ghetto recording (parden the use of that word), but the effect that little instrumental had on my family left an indelible mark on me. I now know that musicians are the most gifted and the GIVING people in the world. Also the quirkiest, but we can get around that. My thanks to those who have helped me, for those who will help me, and to Dragon. Long live your site and this BBS.
